About Karl Landman

Results Certified Coach NeuroLeadership Institute™ UK

A leadership and business Integrative coach – Karl Landman has over 35 years of multi-national experience in the retail, FMCG, healthcare and life sciences industries.

Karl is the coaching | Mentoring and people development custodian within Soverain Business Consulting and therefore oversees all coaching and people development assignments.

His coaching philosophy is built on the Results Coaching System™ from the NeuroLeadership Institute™ which focusses on facilitating clarity of thinking for leaders to develop self-insights and solutions from their own life and business experience to enhance personal and professional growth.

Over the years, Karl and his management teams have been recognised numerous times by leading South African private hospital groups as preferred suppliers. During his career he has worked in sales, marketing, leadership development and executive leadership roles (at EXCO and BOD level with P&L responsibility) for leading organisation’s such as Johnson & Johnson Medical (approximately 10 years in various management and leadership roles in South Africa, Middle East GCC & Europe); Smith & Nephew South Africa and as Managing Director Covidien, a USD 65 million revenue company across Southern and East Africa region.

Karl has coached sales excellence and leadership from small to very large teams and is now a member of the International Coach Federation. As a professional coach and mentor, Karl acknowledges that the purpose of ICF lies in the training and accreditation of its coaches and upholding the professional standards and ethics of the profession.
